Requirements 1. Carry out the tree protection measures in accordance with Paragraph 1.0 of the schedule attached to this notice (“the Schedule”). 2. GU46 7SX Date of Issue 25 February 2009 Alleged Planning permission was granted on the 13th March 2008 for the erection of a double storey front extension. The approved elevation plan, FL 942 dated 10th January 2008, showed the first floor element of Breach the extension to be finished in weatherboarding to match the existing house. Condition 2 of the planning approval stated that the materials used should match the existing house. Requirements The first floor element of the extension is to be finished with white UPVc weatherboarding to match the existing house in accordance with the approved plan, FL 942 dated 10th January 2008.
