Article 10 of the San Francisco Traffic Code is hereby amended by 10 amending Sections 176.0B and 177.09, to read as follows: 11 Sec. 176.08 A prima facie speed limit of 35 miles per hour is hereby established on 12 Alemany Boulevard, between Junipero Serra Boulevard and San Jose Avenue .Mission Street.
