E1424 Rules (Heastie) No Same as Assembly Resolution No. 1424 BY: M. of A. Rules (Heastie) ESTABLISHING a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees for certain appropriations for additional grants-in-aid to certain school districts, public libraries, and not-for-profit institutions in the 2018-2019 state fiscal year RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by monies appropriated in chapter 54 of the laws of 2018 which enacts the aid to localities, grants-in-aid to certain school districts, public libraries and not-for-profit institutions. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation.
