New Hope for Jordanian and Syrian Graduates in Culinary Arts This month, the first students graduated from EFE- Jordan's Al Amal Project, which equipped Jordanian and Syrian youth with skills to succeed in the culinary arts industry. Over several training courses, graduates gained industry-specific experience as well as English and workplace readiness skills. The project, funded by the French Development Agency, will eventually train 1,350 youth over three years.
