Thispaperhasbeenpreparedtohighlightthehumanrightsviolationsperpetratedbythegovernmentof PakistanonthenationofSindh.ItwillbeshownthatSindhishaveremainedanationalentityforthousandsof yearswithasharedhistoryandculturethatisdistinctfromtherestofPakistan.Thereportwillthenestablish,in detail,thehumanrightsabusesthatareoccurringinPakistantothisveryday.Theseabusesareviolentand deliberateattemptsatculturalexclusion,assimilation,andeconomicandpoliticalmarginalization.Theseabuses cancontinueunabashedbecauseofthedominanceofthemilitaryinPakistan’sgovernment. ThevoicefordemocracyandhumanrightsforSindhipeopleisdealtwithbythePakistanistatewithviolence, tortureandphysicalelimination.In2011alonemorethan100humanrights,politicalandsocialactivistswere forciblydisappearedbygovernmentagencies.Theirwhereaboutstodateareunknownanditiswidelybelieved thattheyarelanguishinginthetorturecentresofPakistaniarmyandintelligenceagencies,Inthesameperiod elevenpoliticalactivists,includingleadersofSindhipoliticalparties,wereeithertorturedtodeathorwerethe
