(ii) Preference will be given to bona fide farmers. (iii) Applicant must be able to comply with the lease conditions. (iv) Must show capability to cultivate and/or have experience in farm management. (v) All applicants who applied prior to this advertisement must re-apply to be considered. For Commercial land: (i) Applicant should be a Fiji citizen and preferably residing in Fiji. (ii) Applicant should be able to comply with lease conditions. (iii) Applicants should produce evidence of ability to build a commercial building of the required standard and have the necessary expertise for commerce. Financial capability by way of bank statement or similar document is necessary. (iv) All applicants who applied prior to this advertisement must re-apply. For Residential land: (i) Applicant should be a Fiji citizen and preferably residing in Fiji. (ii) Neither the applicant nor the spouse should have any other Residential holdings. (iii) Applicant should be able to comply with lease conditions. (iv) Applicants should produce evidence of ability to build a dwelling of the required standard. Financial capability by way of bank statement and/or FNPF statement is necessary. (v) All applicants who applied prior to this advertisement must re-apply.
