TENDER NOTICE Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is pleased to invite bids from interested parties for acquisition of Food Vender Rights for Pakistan Super League (PSL) Play-Off matches on 9th,10th & 12th March 2018 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore and 7th , 10th , 13th ,15th and 17th March 2018(PSL Final Match) at National Stadium, Karachi. All participants will submit their separate sealed bid(s) on 21st February 2019 at 15:00 hours and same will be opened in presence of participants at 15:30 hours on same day i.e. 21st February 2019 at the above mentioned venues. Only those parties/individuals would be allowed to enter/participate in the bidding who had obtained the Bid Document in the manner prescribed above. Participants may participate in bidding process for “Karachi” OR “Lahore” OR Both (Karachi-Lahore). The successful bidder will be required to arrange his own Tentage, Furniture and Lighting with Generator for Food Stalls holders. The successful bidder will ensure and will abide by Controlled Price List in consultation with Local Administration failing which Local Administration may take appropriate legal action and PCB will not responsible for the same. The successful bidder will ensure quality food and water & beverages (Aquafina & Pepsi Products only). It is compulsory to have 3-4 Branded/Multinational Food Chains with local renowned Food vendors in VIP Enclosures. The successful bidder will be bound to consult PCB authorities before allocation/award of vendor to avoid any clash with PCB’s business partners/contractual obligation. Payment will be accepted through Pay Order only. All Government of Pakistan applicable levies & taxes will also be payable by the bidder against accepted bid(s). Accreditation Form duly completed must be submitted on or before 25th February 2019 for issuance Accreditation Cards for Food Vendors.
