The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association is admitted to these proceedings as amicus curiae. 2. The amicus curiae is granted – 2.1. the right to lodge written argument; and 2.2. the right to present oral argument at the hearing of this matter. provided that such argument does not repeat matter set forth in the arguments of the other parties, and raises new contentions which may be useful to the court. 3. Further and/or alternative relief. TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the affidavit of THULANI NKOSI, together with the annexures thereto, will be used in support of this application.
