<p><strong>2021 COLUMBUS CLIPPERS GROUNDS CREW INTERNSHIP – JOB POSTING </strong></p><p><strong>2021 Seasonal Grounds Crew Internship </strong></p><p><strong>AVAILABILITY: </strong></p><p><strong>Job Description </strong></p><p>◦ Exact dates flexible upon school schedule </p><p>Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week plus games, be able to carry up to 70 lbs of product, and be willing to work hard in all weather conditions. Nearly all aspects of professional baseball field maintenance will be learned and practiced by each candidate. This will include turf maintenance, dirt work, clay work, irrigation work, and equipment maintenance. An entirely new playing field was installed after undergoing a full renovation during the fall of 2017. It hosted the AAA All Star Game & festivities, and the AAA National Championship Game in 2018. </p><p>◦ Interviews will be conducted: <br>◦ At Huntington Park </p><p>Huntington Park is located downtown Columbus, Ohio, and is home to the <br>Cleveland Indians triple-A affiliate Columbus Clippers.
