The college got accredited with A-grade. Prepared a detailed action plan in the light of suggestions made by NAAC Peer Team. Submitted AQAR 2016-17. Held regular meetings with different stakeholders. Promoted the use of e-resources and open educational resources. Provided support for Research pursuits of faculty and students. Conducted Quality management and scrutiny of linkages and collaborations. Recognizing the increase intake of girl students, IQAC planned their inclusion and participation in different activities and expansion of support services as per their specific needs. Sensitized the students about environmental issues and cleanliness from self to surroundings. Institutional Eco-friendly measures; various initiatives to make the campus eco-friendly were Social Initiatives taken up. Possibility of segregation of waste was taken up. & Special campaign by faculty and students for donations to areas affected by natural Best practices disasters. Convergence of institutional social responsibility with community initiatives and needs of different kinds. Drives on environmental awareness regularly taken up by different cells/committees independently and in collaboration with District/state administration and NGOs. Fresh perspectives and initiatives in the activities by NSS, NCC, Eco-Club, Women Cell and Legal Literacy Cell. Innovative teaching-learning, Research oriented students’ Activity Initiatives continue towards implementation of the Environmental policy of the College. Rule book for all the stakeholders is being considered. Cultural activities conducted by various Societies of the College. Academic Conclave and National conferences, Seminars and workshops conducted on various interdisciplinary themes. Welfare Need-based financial support, wheat-loan, uniform to Non-teaching Staff.
