Telling Wiltshire Council All Saints Idmiston - Churches Conservation Trust The Churches Conservation Trust has recently taken on its 350th Church - St Kenelm’s in Sapperton, Gloucester- shire. This Church was named after Kenelm the boy king of Mercia in the 9th Century. Closer to home, All Saints cannot boast a boy king, but the Reverend John Bowle who was born in Idmiston in 1725 and became the incumbent of All Saints after attaining an MA at Ox- ford.
