CHELTENHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL AND TEWKESBURY BOROUGH COUNCIL CYBER CENTRAL GARDEN COMMUNITY SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT (SPD) ADOPTION STATEMENT Notice is hereby given by Cheltenham Borough Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council, in accordance with Regulations 26 and 35 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, that the Cyber Central Garden Community Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted on 28 July 2020. The SPD will provide a broad masterplan setting out important principles including connections from existing neighbourhoods, the design of green spaces, new homes, employment spaces and community facilities. As an SPD, the Cyber Central Garden Community masterplan is capable of being a material consideration in planning decisions. Under Section 23 (1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the Council has modified the SPD to take into account representations made in relation to the document and any other relevant matters. Modifications are included in the Statement of Consultation. Any person aggrieved by the adoption of the SPD, may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than three months after the date on which the SPD was adopted.
