Based on the risk assessment, in accordance with the provisions of the 10/6/2021 EE HPAI H5N8 Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687, derogations were granted by the Estonian competent authority from the killing of the remaining birds in the confined establishment and from demarcating a restricted zone around this establishment.
