By unanimous consent, the Votes and Proceedings were approved. 4. Petitions: Rising on Rule 41, Senator Ayogu Eze (Enugu North) presented a Petition on behalf of Mr. Gerald N. G. Aniekwu over the refusal of the Nigerian Customs Service to reiustate him after he had been discharged and acquitted by the Court since 1982.
