We allow one free ticket to the tour leader for every 20 persons. All passes must be ordered at the pay desk and paid for by one person (tour guide, representatives and coach drivers only). Coach drivers receive a meal voucher, which they can exchange in person against a lift pass (for own use only) at the cash desk. All tickets are personalised and are not transferable. It is forbidden to sell or pass tickets to third parties. A fine will be levied in the event of an infringement.
