Head west to the sleepy town of Florissant and the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, a perfect day trip when paired with Woodland Park’s Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Center. Wander south of Divide to try your luck at the casinos in downtown Cripple Creek, a restored Victorian main street with lots of modern amenities. Just a few miles down the road in the quaint city of Victor which boasts one of the most productive gold mines on the planet.
