In Attendance: Sidney Warnick, Lauri Lund, Becky Slagowski, Jordan Shields. Consent Items Jordan Shields made a motion to accept Trudy Sorenson’s resignation effective 7.30.2020. Becky Slagowski seconded the motion. Lauri Lund seconded the motion. Voting was unanimous and motion passed. • Brent Bird as New Board Member Effective July 30, 2020 Jordan Shields made a motion to approve the board members and positions as listed below. Voting was unanimous and motion passed. • 2020-2021 Board Members, Terms and Positions o Sidney Warnick, Board President, Term Expiring June 2023 o Lauri Lund, Board Vice-President, Term Expiring June 2024 o Jordan Shields, Board Secretary, Term Expiring June 2023 o Becky Slagowski, Board Financial Coordinator, Term Expiring June 2022 o Brent Bird, Board Member, Term Expiring June 2021 Lauri Lund made a motion to approve the 2020 School Reopening template and plan, with the change of the daily schedule for 8.12.20 – 8.14.2020. Jordan Shields seconded the motion. Voting was unanimous and motion passed. • 2020 School Reopening Template and Plan Jordan Shields made a motion to accept the CARES Act Project 31 funding. Becky Slagowski seconded the motion. Voting was unanimous and motion passed. • CARES Act Project 31 Funding in the Amount up to $25K Becky Slagowski made a motion to approve wireless improvement expenditures. Jordan Shields seconded the motion.
