He reportedly resides at 27h Mercy Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, and claimed to own and operate the Rosina Costume Company, 1515 70th Street, Brooklyn, ew York. He is also allegedly connected with the Abco Vending Company, 5012 Palisades Avenue, West New York, New Jersey. He is described as 5&#39;5", 160 pounds, bald with orown graying hair. Galante has numerous arrests dating to 1926 for robbery and aesult. He was the prime subject in the murder of Carlos Tresca in New York City in 19h}. He is known to carry firearms and to have shot a police- man ho was attempting to apprehend him. He has served approximately 10 years in Sing Sing Prison, Yew York. In view of his past record, HE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AnAED AED EXTREMELY DANGEhOUS. Galante was reported in attendance at the Apalachin, New York home of Joseph Barbara on November lh, 1957, but escaped prior to apprehension of the others by New York State Police.
