If you find 100% to hard then find your own personal balance. Doing something most of the time is better than not at all. I like to recommend the 80/20 rule. Find the things you love and allow them in your diet once and awhile. If you were to do this you will still get great results, it might just take a little longer. ● Try to eat 3 medium size meals and 2 small snacks throughout the day, making sure you always have some form of protein with each meal. .
