Directions to University of Brighton, Falmer campus Getting to Falmer The Falmer campus is approximately 7 km from Brighton city centre. By bike Cycle lanes run from the city centre along the A270 Lewes Road to Falmer. Sheffield stands monitored by CCTV are provided on site. By bus The 23 and 25 connect the Falmer campus with the centre of Brighton. The 23 links Falmer with east Brighton including Kemptown, the Royal Sussex County Hospital and the Marina. The 25 goes to the Old Steine, Hove and Portslade. At peak times, the 5B connects the university with Hollingbury and Preston Park and the 84 links Falmer with Woodingdean and Whitehawk.
