Youth Council’s Colour Fun Run White clothing is recommended for the Colour Fun Run on the fi rst Wednesday of the holidays (27 September) but only if you don’t mind your clothes turning multi-coloured. The Upper Hunter Youth Council is behind the fun initiative which is simply aimed at getting out and active in the holidays. “The Colour Fun Run isn’t a competition, it’s just a chance to enjoy being active,” Youth Services Supervisor Mary Spora said. “People can run, walk or skip whatever distance they choose and everyone from grandparents to toddlers is welcome.” Turn up at 9.30am on Wednesday, 27 September at the Bill Rose Sports Complex where the fun will start. All participants must be signed in and anyone under 10 years of age needs to be accompanied by an adult.
