GENTLE MONSTER X JENNIE ‘JENTLE HOME’ Collection On May 12th, Gentle Monster revealed the ‘Jentle Home’ collaboration pop-up space depicting the fantasy world of Gentle Monster and BLACKPINK Jennie’s dreams. ‘Jentle Home’ is a space perfected with the motiv of a dollhouse that evokes childhood memories. Once you enter the external façade of the pop-up space humorously illustrating a typical day in the life of a doll-house family scaled-down to half, on the second floor, you will find yourself in the pastel-toned interior of ‘Jentle Home’ with its combination of 2D and 3D elements that will make you think you stepped into a fairy tale. The second floor consists of a dress room, a kitchen and a living room. When you open one side of the closet in the dress room, you are faced with a dreamy pink fountain room that embraces Jennie’s imagination. This space consists of a rainbow-tinted sky backdrop, and an enticing teddy bear fountain in the center. This pop-up will unveil the ‘Jentle Home eyewear collection’ as well as the special candy goods that were inspired from the ‘Jentle Home’. The collection features two sunglasses with the ‘Jentle Home’ collection’s signature ring detail, two optical products with a round metal design and a compact rimless design, and three accessories with the ‘Jentle’ text metal detail. The collection’s eyewear that were named by Jennie herself is available for purchase from the official Gentle Monster website and offline stores as well as the Gentle Monster Sinsa flagship store located across from the pop-up space.
