Make sure any purchases of promotional items are completed. Fair T-shirt available for purchase. 4. Register your entire family, before you submit payment and entry. Do not submit one person at a time, but the entire family you are registering. 5. Please, take a little time to consider what you will be taking to the fair, we want youth to bring all they can, but be realistic! If it’s May 1, and you haven’t even started any projects, will you really be able to bring… 50 items??? This is not meant as a deterrent to entries, but we would like you to help us save resources and money by entering only projects you can complete before the fair. This is a great lesson on time management for youth. The new system charges us per entry, so we greatly appreciate your time and consideration with all projects you are bringing. Thanks! 6. Make sure all your fees for animals and parking passes are in your total, enter! 7. Watch for your email confirmation. Reminder on Animal Check-In ON animal check in day, make sure your load sheet is completely filled out. If the complete animal ear id is not on the form, you will be asked to complete before entry before being checked in. If your animal is denied entry, do not remove the animal from vehicle. The animal must be taken home. Trailers can be parked along the East fence on Wed. after unloading. All trailers that are not pre-approved club trailers must be taken home by Wed. night. No unapproved trailers will be permitted to park on the grounds during the fair. Pick-Up: On Sunday, PLEASE park your trailers in the Meat Market Parking lot until it is time to release animals or make plans to arrive with your trailer at that time. If you do not park in the provided spots, it is likely that you will be parked in as the general parking lot is not set up for trailers. If your trailer is parked in, you will need to wait until they move as the Fair will not make any attempts to contact the vehicle owners. 3 May 17th, 2019- Junior Fair Entry Deadline 11:59pm 2019 Sauk County Agricultural Society Junior Fair Book Direct ALL questions to [email protected]; 608-356-8707 IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DEADLINES ALL QUESTIONS/FORMS DIRECT to the Sauk County Ag Society (Not the UW-Extension office) Junior Fair Questions & Forms email to [email protected] or mailed to: Sauk County Agricultural Society PO Box 467 Baraboo, WI 53913 2019 Dates March 1st- Deadline for Performance Arts Festival (Music, Movement, Drama, Speaking) Registration March 16th- Performance Arts Festival May 1st - Online Junior Fair Entry opens- ENTER EARLY!
