The proposed accessways include two (2) makai/mauka easements and three (3) lateral easements. Anticipated Impacts: No impacts are associated with approval of the access easements. In the event the access easements are granted, there is a potential for secondary impacts associated with a proposed future subdivision of the lands owned by the applicants.
