Peter Murray has spoken to Paul Stolz prior to our Licola weekend. Paul was very happy with the Macalister and General Business. It is hoped that this will provide approximately 4,000 perch to be re stocked into the system that they were taken from. S.U.Y.F September First Ian Brideson Ray Throup spoke about an Italian casting lesson that he attended. It was a very informative day. Casting short Second: Ray Throup distances with long leaders in and under structure such as tree branches. The aim was to get the fly to land first to help with presentation. Peter Murray is moving to his new residence in Korrumburra. Peter is hoping to drop off Club paraphernalia before the move, so things don’t get lost. There was some discussion regard the fly boxes. This year the boxes will be awarded to 3 members Ian, Neil and Gavin. The boxes will be engraved with the words: Presented to (Insert name) in appreciation of 30 years’ service to the Sale Fly Fishing Club Inc. Fishing reports. Pictured above.
