Mitigation measures were due Oakleigh, Childs Lane, Unauthorised construction of an Enforcement to be completed by 9 November 2014 and reduction in height by 9 Brownlow ODD RODE outbuilding Notice January 2015. Owner declared bankrupt, property for sale. Evidence of barn owls found in recent survey, further survey required but current owner unable to fund the necessary survey. Ongoing discussions with owner. Enforcement Notice issued. Appeal dismissed. Building partially demolished.
