Employees discipline can be maintained by adhering and confirming with the code of conduct established by the respective organization. Sound discipline in an organization develops sustainable productivity and efficiency in all aspects. It encourages harmony and co-operation among employees resulted sound morale and motivation. Employees discipline means a system consisting of organizing the functions of an organization by the members. This research paper is based on secondary data from 2006 to 2017 supported by Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation.
