The hangar will not include utilities, nor will any additional business activities take place in the proposed hangar. The project triggers compliance with HRS 343 due to its use of State lands. The project will not result in changes to the level of aircraft operations at the Moloka’i airport. The Department of Transportation is the accepting authority and has reviewed the Final Environmental Assessment and has determined a Finding of No Significant Impact.
