The newly renovated office, on the 9th, 10 th and 11 th floors of Menara Averis, is designed in an open office concept to enable more flexibility and better communications, leading to a more innovative working environment, engaged teams that focus on bringing values to our stakeholders. Today we have eliminated the claustrophobia of cubicles and adopted an open concept to reflect the paradigm shift in the hierarchical system. This transformation is to set the foundation for Pfizer’s successful footprint and our presence here in Malaysia for many more years to come,” she added. Angel also pointed out that employee feedback was a vital part of the moving process, having implemented their ideas towards making the environment more conducive for work. From ergonomic office furniture to vibrant colors adorning the office, the new hub, though a 1/3 of the former office, boasts of a Green Office, a much sought after title by many corporations.
