TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Queensway, Admiralty Notice is hereby given that the following traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in connection with the public event to be held in Queensway from about 7.30 pm on 21 June 2019 onwards until the crowd is dispersed and road closure is lifted: A. Road Closure Queensway (eastbound and westbound) including tramway will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic. B. Traffic Diversion (a) Affected vehicles from Hennessy Road westbound must U-turn into Hennessy Road eastbound; (b) Affected vehicles from Queen's Road East westbound must U-turn into Queen's Road East eastbound; (c) Affected vehicles from Justice Drive Flyover northbound will be prohibited from turning left into Queensway westbound; (d) Affected vehicles from Garden Road Flyover (downhill bound) must turn left into Cotton Tree Drive northbound; and (e) Affected vehicles from Queensway must turn right into Cotton Tree Drive Flyover southbound.
