T&nbsp;olkien’s litera&nbsp;ry execu&nbsp;tor. We can&nbsp;say th&nbsp;at The Book of Lost T&nbsp;ales re&nbsp;p r e se n ts M iddle-earth&nbsp;in its ea&nbsp;rliest form.
