They are expected to travel to Manila on April 18, 2019 in preparation for the travel to Davao City for the Palarong Pambansa proper. 2. This Memorandum shall serve as the TRAVEL ORDER ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS of the above - mentioned participants 4. Expenses incurred in the eonduet of the activity shaH be charged against PSEF subject to proper accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5. The provision ofDepEd No. 53 .s 2003, entitled: Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation and Service Credits to Teachers shall apply to coaches, chaperons and working committee members who shall serve during the said Sports Acti_vity. 6.
