Full and textured on the palate and a firm mineral finish. Aromas of yellow fruit and beeswax, this is full, complex with a long floral finish Rosé Domaine Sante Marie 2014, Cotes de Provence 34 A classic Provence blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinnsault this beautifully balanced wine shows aromatic red fruits and a crisp mineral freshness. Red Montnegre 2015, Mallorca 24 Tiny production field blend of Mantonegro, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from a boutique family estate, this island wine is packed with ripe red fruit, herbs and a delicious freshness Emilio Valerio 2013, Navarra 27 A blend of biodinamically grown Garnacha, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Northern tip of Navarra fermented in concrete tanks, this wine bursts with sour cherries, wild herbs and balsamic notes. Eridano Crianza 2012, Rioja 32 Located in La Rioja the small family run bodegas that produces this Crianza grows their Tempranillo in their own vineyards which lie 500m above sea level. This imparts a lovely freshness in the wine which proves the perfect foil for the abundant dark fruit and evident smokey oak. Carnuntum 2012, Lower Austria 36 (available chilled) A collaboration between Austria's Dorli Muhr and Portugal's famed wine grower Dirk Niepoort this is Blaufrankisch at it's most elegant with silky dark fruits and a gentle peppery finish. Les Picasses 2007, Chinon 38 Hailing from it’s spiritual home in the Loire Valley, this 100% Cabernet Franc is surprisingly fresh and rich despite it’s age, with classic flavours of black cherry, herbs and spices. La Solana 2013, Tenerife 41 Listan Negro is supposedly a neutral grape, but not here, where the wine is very aromatic and perfumed. The palate is fruity and feminine showing very fine minerality with medium body and a great length. Roccabella 2014, Langhe 42 100% Nebbiolo from a single vineyard just outside Barolo this wine sees 12 months of French oak but is still open and elegant. Miros de Ribera Reserva 2011 Bodegas Penafiel, Ribera del Duero 43 A wonderful example of what Ribera del Duero has to offer - black cherry with silky fine tannins, leaving rich smoke and black pepper flavours on the palate. Big aromatic bouquet and a hint of toasted wood Gallinas Y Focas 2013, Mallorca 54 A Manto Negra/Syrah blend, this wine is made by the talented group at the 4 Kilos winery. Deep, dark fruit flavours with spice, earth and a lovely electric minerality. Remelluri Reserva 2010, Rioja 59 Made from grapes grown exclusively on the Remelluri Estate, this wine has savoury spicy notes with bright cherry, dark chocolate and leather on the palate. A remarkable wine from a legendary vineyard. Calabretta ’Nonna Concetta’ 2009, Sicily 65 100-year-old Nerello Mascalese vines on Mount Etna produce the fruit for this wonderful biodynamic wine.
