Payments may be made on monthly basis, one month in advance. A child may be enrolled for a semester or academic year. All co-pays are made on a monthly basis. Student Support Services Program If you are a PCCC student enrolled for 9 or more credit hours, you may qualify for the Student Support Services (SSS) program. State Mandated Preschool Program Three and four year old Paterson residents are eligible for the Free State Mandated Preschool Program. Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 3:00PM. Wrap around care is available, Monday-Friday from 7:00AM to 8:30AM and 3:00PM to 5:00PM. Please see a Family Worker to apply for the wrap around program. .
