Request by Push Kick Promotions for the date of September 28, 2013 to promote an amateur kickboxing event and a professional kickboxing event at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas, for possible action. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Request by boxer Cortez Bey for a license per NAC 467.017 (inactive for more than 36 consecutive months), for possible action. (Record 8-1-1). 2. Request by kickboxer Scotty Leffler for a license per NAC 467.017 (attained the age of 35 years or over), for possible action. (Record 5-3-1). 3. Request by Golden Boy Promotions for the date of September 12, 2013 to promote a professional boxing event at the MGM Grand Ballroom in Las Vegas and to be broadcast on Fox Sports, for possible action. 4. Request by Warriors Boxing Promotions for the date of September 14, 2013 to co-promote a professional boxing event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and to be televised on PPV, for possible action. 5. Request by Top Rank for the date of October 11, 2013 to promote a professional boxing event at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas and to be televised on UniMas, for possible action. Request by Tuff-N-Uff and Richard Steele Boxing Club for the date of October 3, 2013 to promote a charity amateur mixed martial arts event, amateur kickboxing event and amateur boxing event at the Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas (all proceeds from this event will be donated to the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada), for possible action. 7. Request by Ultimate Reno Combat for the date of October 5, 2013 to promote an amateur mixed martial arts event at Reno Events Center in Reno, for possible action. 8. Request by Catalyst Marketing dba World Fighting Championships for the date of November 8, 2013 to promote an amateur mixed martial arts event at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, for possible action. 9. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work September 14, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the WBA/WBC Super Welterweight Championship bout between Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, for possible action. 10. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work September 14, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the WBC/WBA Super Lightweight Championship bout between Danny Garcia and Lucas Matthysse, for possible action. 11. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work September 14, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the IBF Super Welterweight Championship bout between Ishe Smith and Carlos Molina, for possible action. 12. Request by Pound 4 Pound Boxing Club for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Oxnard, CA to participate in the 2013 Adidas National Tournament from June 19 to 22, 2013, for 6 boxers and 3 coaches for hotel reimbursement of $827.06, per diem of $900.00 and fuel reimbursement of $303.33, total of $2,030.39, for possible action. 13. Request by Richard Steele Boxing Club for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Mesquite, NV to participate in the 2013 Junior Golden Gloves National Tournament from July 16 to 21, 2013, for 2 boxers and 1 coach for hotel reimbursement of $526.20, per diem of $360.00 and fuel reimbursement of $80.00, total of $966.20, for possible action. 14. Request by Richard Steele Boxing Club for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Independence, MO to participate in the Ringside World Championships from July 29 to August 3, 2013, for 1 boxer and 1 coach for hotel reimbursement of $290.56, per diem of $220.00, car rental of $228.85, and air travel costs of $727.60, total of $1,467.01, for possible action. 15. Request by Carson City Boxing Club for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Reno, NV to participate in the Hot August Nights Rumble event on August 17, 2013, for 4 boxers and 2 coaches for per diem of $120.00 and fuel reimbursement of $61.05, total of $181.05, for possible action. 16. Request by North Las Vegas Center Ring for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Hurricane, UT to participate in the Washington County Fair boxing show from August 9 to 10, 2013, for 14 boxers and 5 coaches for hotel expenses of $655.56, per diem of $760.00, car rental of $109.87 and fuel reimbursement of $246.68, total of $1,772.11, for possible action. 17. Request by North Las Vegas Center Ring for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Riverside, CA to participate in the Jurupa Valley boxing show on August 16, 2013, for 1 boxers and 1 coaches for per diem of $40.00 and fuel reimbursement of $71.34, total of $111.34 for possible action. 18. Appointment of Alejandro Ybarra to the Chief Inspector position, for possible action. 19. Application by Gilbert Montoya for an Inspector position, for possible action. 20.
