This development (covering 1’400 acres of secondary jungle within the 7’300-acre rainforest) is intended to show that human habitation can be provided in a sustainable way with minimum negative impact on the environment. The low-rise buildings utilise local materials - recycled stone and timber. Access roads follow natural contours to minimise the cutting of slopes.
