Their answers are presented throughout the annual report. Fredskorpset årsmelding 2005.ind3 3 20.04.2006 11:41:43 Introduction In 2005 Fredskorpset (FK Norway) marked its fi rst fi ve years of activities. The event was celebrated in Oslo by partners, participants, the Norwegian development cooperation com- munity and international guests. Guest of honour Graça Machel commended FK Norway for its initiatives and in- novation. She gave us inspiration to continue our important Part I Partnerships Part development work and build bridges between peoples in dif- ferent parts of the world. FK has had another good year and after fi ve years of opera- tion we have 441 active partners and more than 1,800 active or returned participants.
