State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Rajasthan has already denied to entertain the project as the project attract General Condition as per Gazette Notification, 07 Oct. 2014 and as amended from time to time (as the Rajsthan- Haryana Inter -State Boundary falls within ~ 5.0 Km from the lease area) on our project as the sum total mining projects located within 500 meters from the periphery of the our Project or activity is more than 5 ha., hence it is treated as Category 'A' Project and to be dealt at the level of MoEF & CC, New Delhi.
