Make sure that when selecting BibTeX in Bibliographix you will also indicate not to convert diacritic symbols (like me, No .) into their equivalent bibTeX, but leave them as they are. At RefWorks, use BibTex as an import filter and select multiple databases as a database. Note that the gaps between the handles are not treated as BibTeX import separators. On the export window in Biblioscape, enter the path and name of the file for export. Click on the Tagged tab and select RIS -- Help Manager. Click start for export. RefWorks notifies you when the import is complete. Your entries should automatically appear in the Last Import folder. Citation Open Citation data file and select Generate, Bibliography. Change the publishing-style radio button to Custom and enter the name of the custom file format to use it as a RIS.CF. You may need to search the Citation file to find this custom format. Change the settings of the bibliography to file and enter the name for the text file. Go to RefWorks and from the Links menu select Imports. Choose RIS as an import filter. Choose a reference manager as a database. Browse and select the file you just created in Citation. Click Import at the bottom of the import window. To import records to RefWorks from papyrus, download download RIZAUT. FlB library file from Research Software Design website. This file is used to export data in RIS format. Put RISOUT. FlB file in papYRUS catalog. Usually this catalog is C: PAP. Some browsers change the name of the file to RISOUT. EXE at the time of download. If this happens, change your name back to RISOUT.
