October 2011 1 MEETING OF THE HOUSE The House met at 2.30 pm according to adjournment. The President took the Chair. According to standing order, the President nominated Revd Mr Nile to read the prayers in acknowledgement of the 30th anniversary of his first election to the Legislative Council. Revd Mr Nile read the prayers. (2) Special Report of the Police Integrity Commission pursuant to Section 98 of the Act regarding publication of complaint reports by the Inspector of the Police Integrity Commission received on 19 September 2011 together with correspondence addressed to the Presiding Officers from the Commissioner of the Police Integrity Commission, dated 5 October 2011, enclosing a copy of an opinion dated 4 October 2011 from Bret Walker, SC, for inclusion in the Special Report.
