Dolores Carr & Jeff Rosen "District Attorney Candidate Rotary Name Change Debate" May 5 2010 Chuck Reed "State of the City" Local Endowment name changed to May 12 2010 Rotary Club of San Jose Foundation Leigh Rubin Due to some recent changes in the law and advice from professionals in our Rotary Club, the Trustees of our local Rotary Endowment "Cartoonist" have changed the name to the "Rotary Club of San Jose Foundation". We know this will create some confusion with The Rotary May 19 2010 Foundation run by Rotary International so we will refer to the two different foundations as "the Club Foundation" and "the International Foundation". Russ Jones "LEAP" We apologize for the change, but there weren't many good options. For the next few months, we will continue to deposit any checks written to the San Jose Rotary Endowment or anything similar. Heck, we will probably continue depositing those checks just as long as San Jose Rotarians want to May 26 2010 write them! Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
