Young Conferees on the part of the Senate HB 5005 SUMMARY OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE ACTION Page 4 The Conference Committee Amendment for HB 5005, relating to collective bargaining, resolves the collective bargaining issues at impasse between the State of Florida and the bargaining representatives for state employees for the 2018-2019 fiscal year that have not been resolved in the General Appropriations Act or other legislation. All of these issues are resolved by maintaining the status quo under the current contracts. The amendment does not change substantive law. .
