(2) Inter-party Government comprising of Fine Gael, Labour, Clann na Talmhúain & Clann na Pobhlachta. (3) William Norton acted as Minister for Local Government in the period between Mr. Murphy's death and Mr. Keyes' appointment. (4) Ministers are listed in order of seniority.
