Started 25 February 1923 Finished 9 December 1923 Dossier Confidential No 323 1923 April 11 The General Inspectorate of Security, Chisinau Initiated at your Order No. 5356/923, we have the honor of submitting three tables of foreigners and suspects allegedly Romanians located within this brigade with contacts set next to each person. 1. Avram I. Bihman - a member of the Bolshevik Committee, ex-chairman of the above-mentioned committee was found in Leova in 1920, for which he was sentenced 10 years of forced labor and in 1920 was released by The Martial Court from Iasi. We currently suspect him as dangerous for State security. 2. Dumitru Leuchui - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919, in charge with propaganda and distributing manifests in villages for which he was sentenced to 2 years and 11 months imprisonment, in 1920 released by The Martial Court Iasi. Currently, based on his attitude, we suspect him as dangerous for State security. 3. Mihail Muriniev - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919 for what he was sentenced to 2 years and 11 months imprisonment, and in 1920 released by The Martial Court Iasi. He is currently suspected by us as one that might be dangerous for State security. 4. Solomon Iampolski - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919 from what he was supposed to be expelled as one that could be dangerous to State security, but for various reasons he escaped punishment and expulsion. He is currently suspected of being one that is dangerous for State security. 5. Ivan Petrov - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919, where he was commissioned as Secretary Accountant of the Committee for which he was sentenced to 20 years of forced and in 1920 released by The Martial Court Iasi. At present, he has the same feelings and more showing disobedience to the authorities, making propaganda among young people, not doing the military service in the Romanian army for which reasons he was called for his acts and put forwarded to the General Safety Inspectorate of Bessarabia. It is suspected as a very dangerous to State Security. 6. Diomid V. Murzin - Recalcitrant element was ????? for outrage brought to the army and its functionality. At present is in contact with those suspected by us as dangerous for State security. 7. Ludvic M. Tejeros - was in the socialist organization, recalcitrant to the authorities and to the Romanian army, in contact with those suspected by us as dangerous for State security. 8. Iancu M. Litner - was involved in the Bolshevik Committee from 1919, has feelings of endangering national security. 9. Vasile Chitau - recalcitrant to the Romanian authorities taking an active part during the revolution in the devastation. He is currently suspected by us through First Section of Mingir. 10. Herchel B. Ghendler - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919 where he was in charged with enrolling new members for which he was sentenced to 15 years of forced labor and in 1920 was released by the Martial Court Iasi. At the moment, according to his attitude and feelings, he is suspected by us as very dangerous to national security. 11. Jacob B. Ghendler - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919 for which he was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment and in 1920 was released by the Martial Court Iasi. At the moment, according to his attitude and feelings, he is suspected by us as dangerous to national security. 12. Dumitru P. Medef - was a member of the Bolshevik Committee from 1919 for which he was sentenced for 3 years and 11 months imprisonment and in 1920 was released by the Martial Court Iasi. He is suspected by the Gendarmes Station of Ungheni where he is working.
