North Lanarkshire Council Various Streets, Ravenscraig Area, Motherwell (Temporary Waiting Restrictions) Order 2014 On 7 April 2014 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time, Monday to Sunday, at the following locations on Enterprise Way, A721 Craigneuk Street and Robberhall Road by reason of allowing the safe movement of traffic in and around Ravenscraig, Motherwell. No Waiting at Any Time Lengths of Road in the Region of North Lanarkshire Side of Road to which Restriction Applies Enterprise Way From its junction with Robberhall Road, south westwards for a distance of 326 metres or thereby. North From its junction with Robberhall Road, south westwards for a distance of 166 metres or thereby. South Clearway – No Stopping at Any Time Lengths of Road in the Region of North Lanarkshire Side of Road to which Restriction Applies A721 Craigneuk Street From a point 15 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb of Jack Street, eastwards to a point 42 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb of Wellington Street, a distance of 622 metres or thereby. Both Robberhall Road From its junction with A721 Craigneuk Street, northwards then north eastwards to the extended line of the southern kerb of Enterprise Way, a distance of 445 metres or thereby. Both The Order will come into operation at 0000 hours on Monday, 28 April 2014 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Sunday, 25 October 2015. This Order may be cited as “The North Lanarkshire Council (Various Streets, Ravenscraig Area, Motherwell) (Temporary Waiting Restrictions) Order 2014” and shall be effective during the period from 0000 hours on Monday, the twenty eighth day of April, Two thousand and fourteen until 2359 hours on Sunday, the twenty fifth day of October, Two thousand and fifteen. 2.
