Minds Eye to Develop Feature Film Taggers

MINDS EYE TO DEVELOP FEATURE FILM TAGGERS (Regina, SK) November 3rd, 2014 – Minds Eye is developing the feature film Taggers. Filmmaker Rob King will write and direct as well as produce alongside Kevin DeWalt. The story of Taggers revolves around two young graffiti artists who live off the grid, panhandling and dumpster diving to survive. They soon find themselves in the crosshairs of a violent criminal gang and dream of escaping to a safe place, but it’s a dream that could also get them both killed. Producer Kevin DeWalt says, “Taggers is a compelling story about modern day artists with both a social and political message that we think audiences would really enjoy”. Development Support has been provided by Saskatchewan Screen Based Media Content Development Grant.
