Thank you, '/ (-_A. ,/Jerrell Clark JC/pes attachment cc: Docket File LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the rules of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, Arkla, Inc. hereby gives notice that on July 15, 1552, a Joint Petition was filed in Docket No. 52-178-U by the Staff of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, the Attorney Genersl of the State of Arkansas, Arkla Energy Resources and Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company. Attached to the Joint Petition as Exhibit A is a Stipulation and Agreement which the petitioners ask to be approved and adopted by the Commission. The Stipulation, if approved, would resolve all gas cost issues in AER's pending rate case, Docket No. 91-, 0934 and in Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company's pending rate case, Docket No. 92-0324. The Stipulation would also resolve any and all Arkla, Inc. gas cost and purchasing practice issues, both retrospective and prospective , o t he wise arising in any existing or preexisting proceedings before the Commission. A public hearing on the Stipulation is scheduled to begin at 9:30a.m., Thursday, September 3, 1992, in Commission Hearing Room No. 1, Arkansas Public Service Commission Building, 1000 Center Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The Commission's rules provide procedures for interested persons to intervene as a party or make limited appearances.
