Statistics furnished by the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in relation to the General Election are also included. Certain relevant provisions of the Electoral Act 1992, the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 and the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2007 are reproduced at the end of this volume. 2. In accordance with the Electoral Act 1992, party affiliations are shown on the ballot paper and it is only such party affiliations that are shown in this volume.
