Worldwide is in the business of making printed circuit boards for a variety sofisticated application for clients like LG, Philips, G. E. Etc. This is their first plant in India designed as per their international standards. The processs requirement for printed circuit board manufacture with SMT technology is total dust free atmosphere and controlled tempreture and humidity. Strict tempreture control is required for SMT pick and place machines to operate. Humidity control is required to ensure soldring quality and prevent corroseon of connectors.
