Microsoft OneDrive Overview Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud storage application that can house over 1000GB of documents. It is separate from Fenway Health’s shared folders so you will not see any documents from \\fchc-shared\ or \\fchc-tfi\tfi unless someone had uploaded them to OneDrive. You can access Microsoft OneDrive a few ways. Please refer to the different scenarios below: Web Scenario: 1. Open up a web browser and navigate to https://portal.office.com or https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/. The latter will bring your straight to the application as opposed to the former which will bring you to the Office365 splash page with all of the applications. 2. Log in with your Fenway Health email address and password. 3. You will then be brought to the Microsoft OneDrive splash page. Note this is where you can create or upload files. Windows 10 Local Scenario: 1. Go to Start -> OneDrive. 2. Enter in your Fenway Health email address and click Sign In. 3. Enter in your Fenway Health password and click Sign In. 4. You can then click on Windows Explorer (the yellow folder icon) and select OneDrive in the left hand side panel similar to the image on the following page. Phone Scenario: 1. Navigate to the Apple or Google Play store. 2. Search for Microsoft OneDrive and install it. 3. Enter in your Fenway Health email address and password. Microsoft OneDrive File Options Microsoft OneDrive is similar to SharePoint whereas you can store different types of files and share them with those you would like. Please note that you can click Open, Share, Copy Link, Download, Delete, Rename, Move to and Copy to as functions on a file. Any document you create or upload is private by default. You can see the permissions for a file by looking at the Sharing column up above. Microsoft OneDrive Sharing Options You can share a document by selecting it and then clicking Share. You will then see options similar to the ones below. Clicking the dropdown where it says “Anyone with the link can edit” will provide you with the following options. .
